Founded in Seattle in 1995, Sound Planning quickly established itself as a preferred supplier of event logistics and speaker/content management services to several premier technology companies in the Puget Sound region. We have grown from there.

Sound Planning’s founder and current leaders are sailors and outdoor enthusiasts, taking inspiration from the elements of navigation and preparedness critical to success at sea or in the mountains. We want to ensure safe passage from where you are to where you want to be, with attention to the details along the way.
